Sliders- Deli sliders, assorted deli meats and cheese on soft slider buns- one of our most popular items in our hot deli case $3 each

Stromboli- Fresh house-made herb focaccia bread rolled with Ham, pepperoni, capicola, mozzarella, parmesan, roasted peppers, and marinara sauce, sliced and pan seared to golden brown.  $3 each

Antipasto Meat Board
Thin sliced Italian specialties including genoa, prosciutto ham, Caicciatore or other hard Italian salami and Cappicola. Garnished assorted olives, roasted peppers, and sliced red onions  $4.25 per person

Tenderloin Board
Angus beef tenderloin marinated in olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, shallot, and fresh cracked pepper, grilled to medium rare-medium, sliced and served with horseradish sauce. $6.75 per person

Bruschetta Board
Fresh diced tomatoes with garlic, Parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, green onion, fresh squeezed lemon. Served with crostini.  $2.99 per person

Hummus Board Display
Our home-made hummus is a smooth blend of chick peas, garlic, lemon, olive oil and spices, choose from Kalamata olive, smoky roasted pepper, lemon and garlic, sundried tomato, toasted fennel, and spicy chipotle. Served with pita chips, carrot and celery sticks, and peppers $2.75 per person

Deluxe Hummus Dip Board
Delicious lemon and garlic hummus topped with chopped Kalamata olives, roasted peppers, artichokes, tomatoes, red onion, and crumbled feta cheese, served with pita chips $3.25 per person

Chips and Salsa Station
100% corn tortilla chips served with a Variety of Fresh Salsas, Pico De Gallo, Chipotle – Creamy Hot salsa,  Street Corn Salad, Salsa Verde, Cilantro Cream, & Mango Pineapple Salsa  $5.75 per person

Spinach Artichoke dip
Tangy blend of cream cheese, spinach, artichoke, herbs and veggies, served with crostini    $2.99 per person

A selection of fine artisan cheeses arranged with mixed nuts, dried apricots and fresh grapes. Ask about our current selections. $6.25 per person

Cocktail Sandwiches

Deli Wrap variety tray
Three varieties of deli wraps cut into portions so guests can try a variety. Two to three portions are typically enough for each guest. Includes roast beef with horseradish, ham and Dijon mustard, turkey with chive mayo, vegetarian, or invent your own from our full deli case selections. Chicken or tuna salad also available.  All wraps include lettuce, tomato, and onion, unless requested without. $3 per person

Assorted Deli Meat Tray
A classic selection of deli meats perfect for a sandwich buffet. Includes ham, turkey and roast beef. Can be customized with any of our deli meats from our extensive case selection. Customized prices will vary based on selections. $7.99 per person

Smoked Salmon
Locally smoked Atlantic Salmon, delicate and always moist. Beautifully garnished with capers, red onion, cream cheese, chopped egg, and lemons. Skinned and scored for easy serving. Served with crackers. $5.75 per person

Deviled Eggs
Classic Deviled Eggs generously stuffed with our zesty and fluffy filling and topped with scallion and paprika. Can be ordered curried with chopped gherkins add $2.99 per person

Fresh Fruit Tray
Fresh sliced watermelon, golden pineapple, honeydew melon and cantaloupe, strawberries and red grapes. Served with honey yogurt dip. $4.75 per person

Fresh Vegetable Crudite & Dip Tray
Seedless cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery sticks, sweet bell peppers, Served with fresh dill dip or spicy chipotle dip. $3.75 per person

Shrimp Cocktail
16/20 ct. Jumbo Shrimp- Sweet, succulent and cooked perfectly tender served with cocktail sauce and creamy herbed remoulade sauce. $4.25 per person
