All our paellas are naturally gluten free and dairy free; we also offer Vegan (meat free) option. As follows:
Authentic Spanish Paella
By far our most popular wedding and group menu with over 25 years of thrilling our clients and their guests, Our Paella is prepared onsite directly in front of your guests and served from our huge authentic steel Paella pans.
Aromatic saffron rice is mixed with tomatoes, onion, garlic, herbs, Spanish chorizo sausage, chicken, smoked paprika and vegetables. Served with a lemon and garlic aioli sauce. It can be prepared with or without seafood.
Chicken and Chorizo Paella – Traditional $23 per person all you can eat Boneless chicken, with Spanish sausage Chorizo, browned and simmered with onions, garlic, tomatoes, saffron flowers pistils, Spanish sofrito rice and red bell peppers with aromatic mild smoked paprika and fresh herbs.
Paella Valenciana – Seafood $28 per person all you can eat Shrimp, Mussels, Scallops, Boneless chicken, with Spanish sausage Chorizo, browned and simmered with onions, garlic, tomatoes, saffron flowers pistils, Spanish sofrito rice and red bell peppers with aromatic mild smoked paprika and fresh herbs.
Vegan – Beyond Paella $25 per person all you can eat
Beyond plant-based chicken, with Beyond Plant Based Spanish sausage Chorizo, browned and simmered with onions, garlic, tomatoes, saffron flowers pistils, Spanish sofrito rice and red bell peppers with aromatic mild smoked paprika and fresh herbs. And of course, we offer a whole catering menu of mouth -watering tapas, appetizers, salads, bread and desserts we can customize for any situation, just ask!!
We can offer additional courses for $5 each per guest

- Tossed Salad with asiago cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, and sherry vinaigrette
- Cucumber and tomato salad with fresh dill, olive oil, cracked pepper
- Chickpea and black bean salad with roasted pepper dressing
- Grilled vegetable salad with carrots, zucchini, red peppers, asparagus, mushrooms, red onion
We can also offer a wide variety of other side items, but these have been among the most popular. We are open to suggestions.
